MTA NSW Recognises Latest Trainees
MTA NSW recently recognised a number of our latest ‘graduate’ trainees who have successfully completed their 2-year traineeship qualifications conducted by the MTA NSW Training team, via their dedicated Trainer, Khaled El-Sayed.
Traineeship qualifications were delivered by MTA NSW on-site at their workplace through Trainer facilitated one-on-one theory and practical sessions.
Recent ‘graduates’ include Cassandra – Lee Toohey and Ronald McMichen from employer, Cowra Machinery, an MTA NSW Member. They both graduated with the traineeship qualification, AUR31016 Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting).
Also, finalising their traineeship qualifications was Benjamin Galea, from All 4 Mechanical in Moruya, and Nicholas Beale from Nowra Toyota, both MTA NSW Members. Benjamin received the AUR30116 Certificate III in Automotive Administration and Nicholas received the AUR31016 Certificate III in Automotive Sales.
“The learners progressed well throughout the course of the training, the greatest benefit to the employer was delivering the material onsite and the assessment were conducted in a familiar environment. The learners were able to relate the material to situations at work and with the involvement of the supervisors the real-world applications were evident”, said Khaled El-Sayed, MTA NSW Trainer.
MTA NSW congratulates these recent trainees completing their qualifications and look forward to congratulating more in the future.
